Mercedes-Benz is going full throttle on its India plans. With the launch of the A-class, the B-class petrol, the facelifted E-class, the E 63 AMG and the upcoming S-class, the carmaker seems set to give rival Audi a stiff fight for the position of top dog in the Indian luxury car segment.
Mercedes launches new services
Now, the company has launched a new service initiative called 'My Mercedes'. It also inaugurated a new, state-of-the-art workshop in Gurgaon.
The service initiative includes facilities such as a National Remote Diagnostic Centre, whereby technical experts in Pune will be able to assist technicians at any location across the country in diagnosis and resolution of vehicle problems. There will also be a service fleet of 20 B-class 24-hour road side assistance vehicles and a new online service booking facility via smartphones and tablets.
The new workshop is claimed to be the company's largest in North India and has 28 service bays capable of servicing 15,000 cars annually. The new facility will serve customers in Haryana, Delhi and NCR.

The new state-of-the-art service facility of T&T Motors has been designed and created to provide similar fascinating ‘Mercedes-Benz experience’ for the customers. In 2013, our team aims to service/repair more than 1,00,000 Mercedes-Benz cars across India and delight each and every of our valued customers”.
