The star of "The Mindy Project," Mindy Kaling, has another book on the way after the success of "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns)" and it'll be written before her TV show's second season enters production.
There's no title for the new book, and it's not
expected to hit shelves (or e-readers) for another year and a half, she told a crowd at the annual US television event PaleyFest on March 8, but when it does, it'll be looking back at the rollercoaster of the previous 18 months of Kaling's life.
In that time, she wrote for and starred as Kelly Kapoor in the US production of "The Office" and took the lead role in the first season of "The Mindy Project" (for which she was nominated for a 2012 WGA Award), while also making appearances in "The Five-Year Engagement" and "Wreck-It Ralph."
