Chetan Bhagat has touched upon BPOs, but necessarily IT. There is none other to the best of my knowledge. The only IT novel in the market, a hilarious story of 3 software engineers working with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) is Along the Way, which has potential to be a great movie.
