If there is one type of musicians that Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards just cannot stand, it would be hip-hop stars.
The rocker insists to Rolling Stone magazine that music of this genre leaves him stone cold.
"Hip-hop leaves me cold," Contactmusic quoted him, as
Rocker Keith Richards does not care for hip-hop
telling the mag.
And, Richards also can’t understand people who enjoy hip-hop.
"But there are some people out there who think it's the meaning of life," he said.
"I don't wanna be yelled at; I wanna be sung to. I never really understood why someone would want to have some gangster from LA poking his fingers in your face. "As I say, it don't grab me. I mean the rhythms are boring; they're all done on computers," he added.
Fans of the rocker will get to see him starring alongside Johnny Depp in the final instalment of the Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End – when it hits theatres on May 23.
Richards, on whom Depp has revealed that he based his character Captain Jack Sparrow, will be playing the actor’s father in the flick.
