After making short films and a movie, actress Nandita Das is now directing a play that focuses on inequalities in the society.
"At the moment I am working on a play, in which I am going to act, direct as well as write. I am very nervous. It's a conventional couple's story in an urban
setup. It's about the inequalities which exist," Nandita told IANS.
Nandita Das campaigns against AIDS and violence against women.
The actress has been active on stage and featured in plays such as Heads Ya Tails and Moteram Ka Satyagrah.
She directed National Award winning feature film Firaaq.
