For Navi Mumbai programme, actor Paresh Rawal’s troupe will perform their famous play, Kishan Vs Kanhaiya for fans in Nerul. Anyone who has seen the play’s cinematic adaptation, OMG: Oh My God!, has been raving about the tone of the film with respect to handling religious
beliefs.

Kishan Vs Kanhaiya features Paresh Rawal as an atheist who files a case against God for his professional downfall. Then, God presents himself as an ally and helps him discover the true meaning of religious sermons and societal interpretations of the same. Produced by his wife Swaroop Sampat, the play has received rave reviews across the board.

“Theatre is my first love and I am the happiest on stage. My roots lie in theatre and it feels good to perform for audiences who appreciate and understand the essence of theatre,” says Paresh.The cast of the play includes theatre actors Chirag Vora and Jimit Trivedi as well.

Kishan Vs Kanhaiya will be staged at 6 pm at the Agri Koli auditorium, Nerul.
