“Rani told me Aamir might visit, but I thought she was pulling my leg. We were shooting a song sequence a floor away from Satyamev Jayate and, at around 4 pm, we were dumbstruck to see Aamir enter our set,” says Sachin, who is making his Bollywood debut.

Sachin reveals that Aamir sat through the shoot and interacted with Rani and him for a long time afterwards. They had an informal discussion about the movie and spoke about Aamir’s plans to promote his TV show.
Everyone on the sets was awestruck to hear him speak in chaste Marathi. “It was crisp and flawless, exactly as I or any Maharashtrian would speak it. It was unbelievable,” says Sachin.
