It has a great emotional aspect and is not just a suspense drama. It deals with coming to terms with the loss of a loved one,” he said.

Talking about playing Milkha, he says, "It was a big challenge. I really had to push my limits as an actor because this character is so different from who I am in real life. I am very confident about its success."
As for Shaadi Ke Side Effects, the 39-year-old says, "It is a romantic comedy in which I am working with Vidya. I will be starting the shoot by next month."
Interestingly, the actor, who was set to give a live performance after almost a gap of two years at Channel V's Nokia Indiafest in Goa, revealed, "The best part about live performances is that it gives you an immediate sense of connect with the audience and you get to know if or not the audience is enjoying the gig. I plan to sing songs from Rock On!! and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara at the show."
Has he thought about bringing out a music album? "That is surely an area I would like to focus on. Cutting an album requires absolute focus and I will have to work on what I have to say through my album once I decide to come out wit it."
Ask him if he has any plans to return to TV after his stint with talk show Oye! It's Friday!, and he says, "Not right now, as I am busy with my films."
