His Bollywood film Teen Patti alongside actor Amitabh Bachchan in 2010 might have tanked at the box office, but Oscar-winning actor Sir Ben Kingsley doesn't mind the experience.
In Teen Patti, Amitabh plays the professor who tutors five of his brightest protegees, played by Madhavan, Siddharth Kher, and newcomers Dhruv Ganesh, Vaibhav Talwar and Shraddha Kapoor(daughter of Shakti Kapoor) for high-stake gambling, but with a cause.
"No regrets whatsoever (for doing the film). Everything is a great learning curve in life. It was fun
and I love to diversify as an actor," says the 69-year-old over the phone.
Sir Ben, whose real name is Krishna Pandit Bhanji and is best remembered for his stint as Gandhi in the 1982 biopic, is also game for another Bollywood outing.
"If the script is good, the director is good and the people are good, I'll be on board," says the actor, who was last seen as the iconic comic book supervillain Mandarin in Iron Man 3.
