Apparently, Anurag Kashyap, who is one of the four directors

The song, titled Bachchan, will take listeners through the film journey of the actor.

Producer Ashi Dua says, “We recorded the song on Thursday. It’s a great, catchy number, which we hope people will really like. It’s a song for the legendary actor.

A special song for actor Amitabh Bachchan is being added to the film Bombay Talkies — a movie that celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema. The song is said to be an ode of sorts to the actor.

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, has gone all out to showcase the legendary actor’s stardom.

The song, which is sung by singer Sukhwinder Singh, is composed by Amit Trivedi and written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Ashi says, “Through this song, we want to show everyone the aura of the Mr Bachchan, and the superstar that he is.”

Ask her what the actor had to say about this and Ashi says, “We obviously asked him (Bachchan) for his permission. He really liked the song, though he thought we praised him a lot in it.”
