Among those he’s agreed to meet are directors Vishal Bhardwaj and Rohit Shetty. “Yes, I will meet Vishal soon. For Rohit’s film, I’ve heard half the script. I’ll listen to the other half soon. Nothing’s been finalised, although I’ve been reading everywhere that even the casting for the film has been done, so that’s strange,” he says, grudgingly, at an event for GoJiyo.
Ask him about the TV rights of his next release, Don 2 being unsold weeks before its release, and he reiterates the previous sentiment: “I think channels need to do a little more research to figure out how it works. Ritesh (producer Sidhwani) would be a better person to comment. I don’t want to say much, because I don’t have all the information and might be misquoted, but the situation is different from what is being reported. I don’t know who’s writing or talking about it.”
