The poster of Yash Chopra’s upcoming film, Jab Tak Hain Jaan (JTHJ), has an uncanny resemblance to the poster of the 2011 French war adventure film, Forces Speciales.

Fans have been writing about the similarity on online forums. JTHJ features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, and will release around Diwali.

Earlier too, posters of movies such as Anjaana Anjaani and Heroine were in the news for having taken inspiration from Hollywood movie posters.

TITLE TATTLE

Teaser without title
“Never before has a film’s trailer been released without its title. This one insinuates that it just may be called ‘Yash Chopra’s romance’. However, the teaser does confirm that the film will release on Diwali (November 13),” an insider told Hindustan Times.

SRK on the film's title
“For now, it’s important to know that it’s my film and it’s coming out on Diwali. Naam mein kya rakha hai? (What’s in a name?),” he said, adding that none of this is a marketing gimmick. “We want a title that can encompass something that can’t be destroyed, such as love and beliefs. Yashji has something in mind though.”
