Actress Priya Anand is proud of the way her career is shaping up in Bollywood, despite the fact that she has no filmy connections.
Last seen in English Vinglish in a supporting role, she now has a part to play in Priyadarshan's Rangrezz.
"It makes me feel very proud because when I came to India from the US, I didn't know anybody, I didn't know anything about the way the industry works. So, to think that I have worked in three different languages, it's a big achievement for me," the 26-year-old said here Tuesday at a photo shoot.
Priya has worked in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films.
The actress has recently finished shooting another film titled Fukrey, and she said: "I am really glad that I got to be a part of Fukrey. I learnt the most on this film. It was my tenth film, but I think the most learning film ever. I felt like a newcomer working on this film and I loved the whole experience."
Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Fukrey is a comedy, which also stars Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadda and Vishakha Singh.
