Barfee, earlier titled Silence, is about a deaf-and-mute man, played by Ranbir and the two women in his life, played by Priyanka and south Indian star Ileana D'Cruz.

Priyanka Chopra, whose first music album is coming out soon, had reportedly taken her vocal trainer Samantha Edwards to Darjeeling on the sets of Anurag Basu’s Barfi! The 29-year-old actress took music lessons before and after the shoot in a bid to fit into her new role

perfectly.

Even co-star Ranbir Kapoor joined the ‘Don’ star in her training sessions.
