Shanghai also features Prosenjit Chatterjee and Pitobash.
Bengali superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee, who is reportedly setting up a production house with Sahara Screen in Mumbai, is apparently investing Rs. 60 crore in the Hindi film industry. The actor has managed to finalise 10 scripts, which he will start working on next year.

"I haven't decided
which among them will be the first film. I will also have to finalise the directors for each of them. The production cost will come up to about Rs. 60 crore," says Prosenjit who was last seen in the role of a political leader in director Dibakar Banerjee's Shanghai (2012).

Talking about investing such a big amount in Bollywood, Prosenjit says he has always wanted to get serious about the business of cinema, and build a brand of his own. "I could have easily shifted into a hotel business or some other field. But I have learnt a lot about the film industry in the past 30 years. And I am trying to make the most of it," he says.
The actor is setting up his office at the Sahara building in Mumbai's suburbs, but says he won't be visiting it regularly, as he has many commitments to fulfil in Kolkata.

"I will be over-seeing the creative aspects of the film, and won't be required to be in the office all the time. I have two offices in Kolkata, so I will be functioning from there mostly," he says. However, that hasn't stopped him from planning on buying a house in the city. "I am setting up a full-fledged business here. I can't keep staying at hotels every time I come down," he explains.
