Her mother Sharmila Tagore is a veteran Bollywood actor, and her brother Saif Ali Khan and sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor are among Bollywood's current top actors, yet actor Soha Ali Khan says none of her family members is interested in working with one another.
The idea to work together does not lure them at all, she says. "We are not actually very interested in working with each other on screen. That is not interesting, we are actors and I can play anybody's daughter or wife on screen... it doesn't matter," the 34-year-old said at an event to launch a product.
"I am an actor and I will act. So it's not like there will be anything special in working with my mother or brother on screen," she adds. Soha's last big screen appearance was a cameo performance in this year's zombie comedy, Go Goa Gone. The film featured her boyfriend Kunal Khemmu in a pivotal role, and was produced by brother Saif.
She is now looking forward to her next film, War Chod Na Yaar, a war comedy directed and written by Faraz Haider. The film also features Sharman Joshi and Javed Jaffrey.
