Rowdy Rathore (2012): Akshay Kumar's comeback action film directed by Prabhudeva opened to a huge response. The film entered Rs 100 cr club. He starred opposite Sonakshi Sinha in the film.
Amid speculations that a sequel to the hit film Rowdy Rathore is in the pipeline, the movie's actress Sonakshi Sinha says the audience will get to know once the final plans are in place. "I think once the film does well, people expect sequel or a prequel, but when something develops, we
will keep the people updated," the 25-year-old said at an event here.

The movie, directed by Prabhu Deva, and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, marked Akshay Kumar's comeback as action hero. It has regaled the audience with its masala, spunky dialogues and raw action.

The film has grossed over Rs.100 crore at the box office.

Sonakshi feels it is okay for filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra and other viewers to feel that movies minting such numbers do not have very good subject lines.

"It's fine. Everybody has an opinion, and some people like certain films and some people don't like some films," she said nonchalantly.

Sonakshi made her debut in 2010 with blockbuster Dabangg.

She shot to fame even before she was seen on screen. Sonakshi Sinha didn't make headlines just because she was film star Shatrughan Sinha's daughter but also because she made her debut cast was opposite Bollywood biggie Salman Khan in the blockbuster hit Dabangg.
