Lady Gaga is not known to be a cry baby, but the controversial singer could not hold back her tears at an award ceremony where she received a trophy for selling 8 million records
worldwide.
Decked in another dazzlingly weird outfit, the eccentric singer spilled her emotions after receiving the commemorative plaque at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles during the last of her three sold out performances, reported Daily Mail online.
Earlier in the week, the 23-year-old singer had reflected on her sudden rise to the top, saying, "A year ago this month I was opening for Natasha Bedingfield and the New Kids on the Block, at this theatre."
The singer then went on to deliver a power packed performance declaring herself a 'gothic Tinkerbell', in danger of dying unless her fans scream.
The performance was raunchy as usual, from crawling on the floor in a glossy black bustier to a routine which saw her writhing around on a dentist's chair in a red vinyl bikini.
