Javier Bardem has been nominated for a BAFTA for his portrayal of villainous Raoul Silva in James Bond film Skyfall.

The 43-year-old Spanish actor has been named on the shortlist for the Best Supporting Actor award along with other big names including Tommy Lee Jones, the Daily Express
His Skyfall co-star, Dame Judi Dench, has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as spy master M in the same film, which has a total of eight nominations.
Skyfall has been nominated for Outstanding British Film and Original Music - a nod to Adele who provided the hit Bond theme of the same name.
The film has also picked up nominations for Cinematography, Editing, Production Design and Sound.
