Hollywood actress Kristen Wiig says she has turned down an opportunity to star in Bridesmaids 2 despite knowing that it would have minted money. The 39-year-old wrote the script for Bridesmaids in which she also played a role. But being a part of its sequel was not something that excited her.

"It wasn't a hard decision. We knew during the first one, this was it," she told Harper's Bazaar.
"We would have made a lot of money if there was a second one, but that’s not my goal in my creative life,” she added.
