Madonna reportedly wants to make a film on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge by enlisting the help of ex-husband Guy Ritchie.

According to rumours, the 53-yar-old is hoping that Ritchie can help her get the project off the ground, as he is a distant cousin of Kate and had attended the royal wedding.

“Guy and Madonna are still close and speak often. He helped her on her last movie [W.E.],” the Daily Express quoted a source as saying.

“Guy gives her advice and puts her in touch with people and no doubt will do the same in the future.

“She really got into the Royal Family when she was researching that movie and has become a bit of a fan of Kate Middleton, especially as she’s related to Guy.

“It won’t happen for a few years but I hear she has already come up with some ideas for a movie about William and Kate for which she wants Guy’s help,” the source added.
