Actor Ajay Devgn recently visited the sets of music reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, to promote his upcoming film, Son Of Sardaar.
He arrived along with his co-star from the film, Sonakshi Sinha. To their surprise, legendary singer Gurdas Maan joined them on the show.
Maan visited the
show as the ‘son of Punjab’ to encourage young talent and also, to wish Devgn for his film.
“It is always a great joy to hear young talent sing so beautifully. There is so much talent in our country and I become very happy when I listen to them. I wish them a bright future,” said Maan, for the 11 contestants competing on the show.
The special episode will air on Nov 10, on Zee TV. Maan was pleasantly surprised when one of the contestants sang his song, Challa. Musician Shankar Mahadevan, who is also a judge on the show, requested Maan to sing a few lines of the song. The singer happily obliged and sang to loud applause.
