Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is currently at the Cannes film Festival with her daughter Aaradhya, has been getting a thumbs up for rocking the red carpet at the gala despite her weight gain post delivery. Ask her about her little one and the beautiful actor beams. "It's splendid, it's

inescapable...the bliss is just wonderful. A smile from my daughter and thats it", Aishwarya told CNN-IBN.

The actor told the television channel that she came to the red carpet only after putting baby Aaradhya to sleep. "She is good, she is great and she is taking a nap right now. I've actually made her go to sleep and only then it's been easy to come here. It's nap time for her", said the actor.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked graceful as she attended the AmfAR Cinema Against Aids gala in Cannes wearing a Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla emsemble on Thursday evening. The diva graced the film festival for the 11th time.

The actor who's busy playing mommy to Beti B will reportedly walk the ramp for two consecutive days. L'oreal has also confirmed Ash's presence.
