Buzz is that Anil Kapoor called up Akshay Kumar to clear the air on a tabloid report that quoted Anil as saying: “Akshay asked me why I wasn’t asking him to work with me.
I told him, ‘Dekh bhai, main kisika chamcha nahi hoon. I need the same kind of passion in an actor...’” Anil apparently
told Akki he didn’t make any digs at him and even went to meet him.
