Demi Moore has filed legal documents responding to Ashton Kutcher's divorce petition and wants spousal support from him.
According to sources, it's surprising that Kutcher, who is not as rich as the 50-year-old actress, has not asked for any spousal support, whereas Moore is asking for
it.
Moore also wants the 35-year-old actor to pay her attorney's fees, TMZ.com reported.
False reports about settlement negotiations having broken down are roaming but in reality both sides are negotiating and expect a quick resolution.
