Around a week ago, Priyanka Chopra visited the sets of Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. And what made immediate news was PC’s bonding session with Kareena Kapoor, with whom she is believed to have had a bitter relationship in the past. Soon, stories of the two having patched up started doing the

rounds.

“How many times will I patch up with her? I have never had any issues with Priyanka,” clarifies Bebo. “It was very sweet of Priyanka to come over (to the sets of Heroine). Honestly speaking, I have never looked at her as a competitor.”

Apparently, problems between the two started with a Koffee With Karan episode when Kareena made fun of PC’s accent and wondered she got it from. In retaliation, Priyanka stated that she got her accent from where Kareena’s boyfriend Saif Ali Khan got his. PC had also added, “I don’t think people take Kareena too seriously.”

Later, when KJo asked her what she would steal from the computers of Bollywood superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid, Kareena and others, Priyanka mocked, “Does Kareena have a computer in the first place?”

But back in 2010, reports suggested that Priyanka and Kareena hugged and made up at a Mumbai Police event.

“I personally believe that Priyanka is a wonderful actor. And since I come from an actor’s family, I respect her as an artist too. She is a fun girl. We hit it off right from the word go,” says Bebo, who worked with Priyanka in 2004 film, Aitraaz.

Busy with Heroine these days, ask Bebo about the much-hyped offer of a KJo-Ekta Kapoor co-production and she says, “Yes, the offer had come, but it looks like I won’t be doing the film due to date issues.”
