Jennifer Lopez’s representative has rubbished claims that the pop diva and her boyfriend Casper Smart are heading towards a break up.
According Fox News Latino, the 43-year-old singer’s team insisted rumours of an impending split are “false,” and the superstar couple is reportedly going
just as strong as ever.
On Sunday, the couple spent the day out on a stroll in Calabasas, California with Lopez’s twins Emme and Max.
“Enjoying the beautiful day with my coconuts at the park!! #dayoff #familia #LOVE,” the New York Daily News quoted Lopez as tweeting.
Smart even showed a sliver of a smile while hoisting 4-year-old Emme in his arms.
Last month, reports that couple’s relationship had grown shaky had emerged after the 25-year-old choreographer was photographed leaving an “exotic massage parlor,” and gay porn shop just one day before her birthday cruise celebration.
At that time, it was said that Smart was purchasing a gift for his lady love.
“They have not split yet, but it’s fair to say they are cooling off a bit,” a source told E! News.
“The pictures have created a distance between them. Even if Casper is telling the truth, and he didn’t mean to walk into the doorway, it just proves how young and immature he is.
“He should have been more careful. He knows he is often being followed by paparazzi,” the source said.
Lawyers for the couple have taken the reports seriously, and are currently threatening legal action unless Star magazine and InTouch Weekly issue a complete retraction on their stories.
“These statements are false, malicious and defamatory. Ms. Lopez and Mr. Smart will pursue all remedies available to them under the law,” lawyers Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley said in a statement last Wednesday.
