After a successful modelling stint, Katrina Kaif made her B-town debut with Boom.

Reacting to recent reports about her replacing hairstylist Promila Hunter with another hairdresser, Gabriel from Greece, Katrina has expressed her displeasure: “Promila has been an integral part of my personal staff for many years. I am very upset with the rumours about me sacking her

from her job due to age or ineptness.”

Admitting that she had another hairdresser during her three-month shoot for Yash Chopra’s film, she says, “It is common practice to occasionally use different technicians for brand commitments and in films where there is a specific requirement for something different. Promila is still a part of my staff and that’s the way I intend to keep it.”
