Lady Gaga kicked off her world tour in Seoul on April 27 and covered Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.
Kinney, 31, has been in the city filming upcoming NBC drama Chicago Fire and Gaga has made regular visits to Chicago to meet him.
The two met during the shooting of Gaga's single You and I in July 2011 and started dating just a couple of weeks later.
They had a brief split in May due to Gaga's touring commitments, but they soon reconciled and are back to being very close.
