Parminder Nagra is said to be UK’s first Indian actress, landing the lead role of surgeon Neela in US medical drama, ER, six years ago.
The two dated for 7 years before tying the knot and have a 2 year-old son.
A spokesperson for the actor failed to comment on the story.
In 2009, she took time out from acting to concentrate on being a mother bringing up her son Kai. Last month the actor stepped out to join the cast of 'Alcatraz' at the premiere of the show.
