Indo-Canadian star Sunny Leone regaled the capital's party lovers with a live wire performance in New Delhi on New Year's Eve. Check out the hottie as she performs.
“People in Delhi begin to party at 11 in the night, so people will get only 2 hours to party on New Year’s Eve. From the business point of view therefore, we can’t expect sale to be very high if people are only in the club for an hour or so,” says Priyank Sukhija, owner of Skooter.

Tewari of Out of the Box, Hauz Khas Village, adds, “We agree with the rule considering the safety of women in our society. However, we feel that on occasions like the New Year, a little leverage can be given. This is the time for us to do business, so if we have to shut shop by 1am, it will affect sales.” Club owners say that they have already registered a loss in revenue.

“This time we have less bookings than last year, and we are anticipating a 30 to 40 percent loss. Why would people invest for a party that will run only for two hours,” says Sanjay Jaiswal of Mynt Bar and Lounge. Party goers feel that it’s unfair to curb the fun because this is the only day in the year when most youngsters get a chance to step out of home to party. “The Government should take adequate security measures instead of imposing deadlines,” says Ankush Tayal, 25, a party goer.

However, despite the deadline acting as a party pooper, performances by Punjabi bhangra singers to Bollywood starlets, is set to spice up the New Year’s Eve in the city. While adult star turned Bollywood actor Sunny Leone will perform at a five star hotel in the city, actor Zareen Khan will perform at a New Year’s Eve party in Rajokri. Sunny Leone who is very excited about her debut live performance says, “I want Delhiites to have a great time with me.” On being asked if she had any apprehensions about performing in the city she says, “I have never faced any issue here. I hope I will enjoy myself.” Singer Malkit Singh of Tootak tootak tootiyan fame, Juggy D and Jazzy B will all be among the others performing in the city.
