Actor Salman Khan has reportedly charged Rs. 3.5 crore for performing at a high-profile wedding in the Capital on Thursday night.
The wedding was so lavish that even the baraatis had a field day.
“It could put big B-Town shaadis to shame. They had prizes like luxury cars and air tickets to Paris for winners for a game of Housie,” a source told a tabloid.
Salman Khan was in Delhi to promote rural youth empowerment under the name of his charitable trust Being Human. Being Human foundation joined hands with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd (HCCBPL) to scale up Career Development Centre (CDC), an initiative to empower rural, educated and underserved youth. The initiative, in association with NIIT Foundation and NGO Gram Niyojan Kendra, established its pilot centre near the HCCBPL bottling plant at Dasna and is now set to extend its reach to the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Odisha.
