Oprah Winfrey recently shared this picture on her Twitter account, writing, "India was a real #NextChapter dream for me. Leaving home of Abishek & Ashwirya having just seen their gorgeous baby."
American TV show host Oprah Winfrey won over Bollywood on her maiden India visit. At a welcome bash hosted by socialite Parmeshwar Godrej in Mumbai on Monday, the industry came in full force to get clicked with ‘the big O’.

Dressed in an orange and gold sari with a bejewelled corset by
designer Tarun Tahiliani, the 57-year-old first made a stopover at the Bachchan residence, Jalsa, to see Aishwarya and Abhishek’s two-month-old daughter. Amitabh Bachchan then drove her and the family — Ash, Abhishek and Jaya to the party. He tweeted, “The gracious Oprah Winfrey visits our home, to meet us and bless the baby… warm hearted, endearing… drive her to party in her honour. And Oprah in sari…looking lovely!! (sic)”

When jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali tweeted how she won’t be able to sleep out of excitement, Oprah tweeted in reply, “Was so great meeting you and all the beautiful Bollywooders. Directors, poets, screenwriters, what a nite! (sic)”  Impressed with Indian designers, Oprah also bought two kalidars and a sari from designer Manish Malhotra.
