Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone who enters the Bigg Boss 5 House tonight (the episode will be aired tomorrow) insists she’s a conservative working girl who will go home to the same man all her life. “We share a house, two lovely dogs and a production company in which I do everything from
selecting actors and scripts to editing and writing. I may act in adult movies but actually I’m a one-man woman,” she asserts.
Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone has been adding fuel to Colors' controversial reality show Bigg Boss Season 5 by making headlines ever since she made her entry into the House.
On porn websites she also goes by the name of Karen Malhotra but insists it’s not her real name. She refuses to reveal her real identity afraid that it may be misused on the Internet. “My family is proud of me and I can’t risk someone in some part of the world doing something nasty that will hurt them,” she reasons.
Sunny, who first visited India a couple of years ago to immerse her grandparents’ ashes in the Ganges, says she was approached to appear on Bigg Boss 5 by the channel, Colors, in February but paperwork delayed her entry. “If people like me, I’ll stay on till the end,” she states.
“It’s not because of the big bucks but because I’m addicted to Bigg Boss and really excited to be a part of it. I think I’d look great cooking aloo-gobi (potato and cauliflower curry) and daal-chawal (pulses and rice), doing the house chores in pencil heels and sexy clothes that I’m comfortable in.”
Wasn’t she approached for Mohit Suri’s film Kalyug that was on an expose on the porn industry a couple of years ago? Sunny denies being offered the film but admits she’s got loads of Bollywood offers in the past: “I want to work here without making any ‘favours’ to anyone. I was asked to make some ‘compromises’ which is why I declined those offers and my Bollywood debut is yet to happen.”
As the only Indian porn star, Sunny without getting into specifications, admits to have had some surgical enhancements. “When you are in the limelight, you have to look your best,” she points out.
“You do whatever you are asked to, whether it’s approaching a reliable dermatologist or going in for surgery. What’s the harm? There’s a visible difference in the way I looked a decade ago and now. I’ve learnt how to dress and carry off clothes with ease as well. It’s not easy being an adult movie star!”
