Actor Karanvir Bohra from Life OK’s Saubhagyavati Bhav has been practicing Kathak for three years. His guru Viru Krishnan persuaded him to learn the dance form. But initially, he was skeptical. It was only after he discovered that Lo rd Shiva was the founder of the dance form, and that there are many male dancers including directors like Guru Dutt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali who are aware of the intricacies of the dance, that Karanvir got roped in. The actor along with his wife Teejay perform a ‘tandav’ with their guruji every Shivratri as an ode to Lord Shiva.
