Fringe
Even though JJ Abrams has been selected by George Lucas to carry on Star Wars at the cinema, he is not neglecting the small screen. NBC and Fox have asked the creator of Lost for two pilots. Abrams will team up with Mexican director Alfonso Cuarón for NBC. The director of Children of Men
has written and will direct Believe, the story of a young girl with special powers who is protected by an ex-con.

Abrams will then work with J.H. Wyman, the former Fringe showrunner, screenwriter and producer. Their new project, which is yet to be named, will be set in a near future in which Los Angeles police officers work with a humanoid.

Fringe ended in the United States on January 18 but two of J.J. Abrams' creations are still running on American TV - Person of Interest on CBS and Revolution on NBC. His TV credits could get longer thanks to these two new projects in fall 2013.
