The hot jodi of Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif, who display some sizzling chemistry in the promos of their upcoming film Jab Tak Hai Jaan, will now come together once again — but this time for a soap commercial. As reported earlier, the pair is being approached for numerous projects, be it movies, stage shows or endorsements. While Katrina has been the brand ambassador of the soap brand for a while now, Shah Rukh came on board in 2005 when he posed in a bath tub in a quirky ad with Hema Malini, Sridevi, Juhi Chawla and Kareena Kapoor.
Praising Katrina, Shah Rukh says, “She’s extremely talented, beautiful and gentle. I missed working with her earlier, but I think Lux should have called us before. Maybe I was not pretty enough for them. I have just finished a film with Katrina and done a couple of shows with her, and the quality I like about her is that she makes it easy to work with her. I appreciate the kind of gentle quality she brings to her work.”Shah Rukh adds, “I’m happy to be associated with the brand again. Though in this ad, I don’t take off my clothes and jump into the tub. I do get bekaboo
(out of control) in love as the concept is about love and the feelings it evokes.”
The commercial has been shot and directed by French director Juan Delcan with a Sufi-inspired score composed by Gulzar and sung by Sonu Niigaam.
