Amitabh Bachchan has always been considered to be a superlative performer. But over the years, the actor has also made a name for himself as an eminent style icon in the industry.

Whether it’s his look in films, or on his popular television show, the Big B always manages to woo audiences with his classy taste in clothes. And now, at the recently shot finale episode of Big CBS Prime’s India’s Prime Icon, the actor made a startling confession about his sense of style.

“In almost all of Yashji’s (Yash Chopra) films, I used my own clothes,” he said at the event. He also added that he didn’t think he was as stylish as people perceived him to be, but was nevertheless grateful for all the love showered upon him.

Further on, Bachchan, who was known to have been close to the late filmmaker, went on to add, “Yashji made beautiful, romantic films. He liked everything to be
colorful.”
The veteran actor will next be seen in UTV Motion Pictures’ film, Satyagraha, to be directed by Prakash Jha. In the movie, Bachchan will be seen playing a role, heavily inspired by social worker Anna Hazare.
