Zila Ghaziabad is a gangster movie based in Ghaziabad. Arshad Warsi plays a gangster who leads the gangwars in his area and has the backing of a local politician Chairman played by Paresh Rawal. Take a look at the stills from the movie.
Actor Vivek Oberoi, who worked with Sanjay Dutt in Shootout at Lokhandwala, and now in in Zila Ghaziabad, says he has some kismet connection with Dutt.

“It was fun working with Baba bhai (Sanjay Dutt). We have some kismet connection as whenever we do a film together it is a blockbuster. I
pray this film too, is a blockbuster,” says the 36-year-old, who recalls how Dutt always pushed him to start a family.

“He used to tell me to start a family. And, when I became a dad, I first called him up and told him about it,” says Oberoi.

Be it the stylish Rocky or the dreaded Khalnayak, the affable Munnabhai, or the cruel Kancha Cheena, Sanjay Dutt has impressed one and all with his acting prowess and at the same time managed not to get into an image trap.
