Priyanka with Ram Charan: Apart from being the remake of the superhit 1973 film, Zanjeer is creating a buzz for its pairing. Ram Charan is all set for his Bollywood debut by stepping into Big B's shoes. He will be romancing Priyanka Chopra, who will be seen in another Amitabh Bachchan remake after Don and Agneepath. This pairing has a very raw appeal to it.
The makers of the Zanjeer remake, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, seem to have changed their shooting schedule following the blasts in Hyderabad on Thursday. The film, starring Telugu star Ram Charan Teja, is a modern version of the 1973 Amitabh Bachchan-starrer by the same name. Ram reprises
Amitabh’s famous ‘angry young man’ role.

The actor had earlier revealed that he would complete the remaining parts in Hyderabad. “The film is almost done. Only a little portion is left, which I will finish in Hyderabad,” says Ram.

However, after the terror strike, when the director Apoorva was contacted about this, he revealed that he would be completing the rest of the shooting here in Mumbai. “I heard about the blast. It’s really sad. I am in a continuous shoot and will finish the remaining bits here in Mumbai,” says Apoorva.
