Libaas prints belong to govt: IFFI director reacts to legal notice

Reacting to reports about the legal notice sent by producer Vikas Mohan for screening Gulzar's Libaas at the ongoing IFFI, festival director Shankar Mohan says that the films screened as part of Retrospective Gulzar were made by the director-lyricist himself and adds that the prints of the movie belong to the Directorate of Films.
