Freshers on their first day at Jesus and Mary college, South campus in the Capital on Monday.
Gorgeous girls dancing to foot-tapping music, boys showing off their talents and unlimited hooting and cheering — all this was part of the HT City Fresh on Campus party that took place at Amity University in Noida. Loud, groovy numbers such as Chammak Challo and Angreji Beat made even
the seniors climb onto the stage to dance with the freshers. Over 25 male students took part Coolest Fresher on Campus contest. While some were asked to do push ups, others were made to dance and sing. First year student Wajahat Hussain was declared the winner of this contest. The most awaited event of the party, however, was the Diva of the Day-Contest where girls walked the ramp and flaunted their dancing skills.

First year student Rashalika Sabharwal was declared the winner of this contest.Singer Abhiruchi Singh, who has sung the official remix of Pani Da Rang with Ayushman Khurana from the movie Vicky Donor, and is a senior student at the university, also performed at the event.

What kept the spirits of the students high was DJ Sumit Sethi who kept the audience entertained with his quick-wit and humour.

Twenty beauties with brains participated in the Veet Diva of the Day contest. After three rounds,
