28 police officers shifted

Haryana government has shifted 28 police officers with immediate effect. An official release said that Vijay Singh, deputy superintendent of police (DSP), HQ, Sirsa, was posted as DSP, city, Fatehabad, against a vacant post. Rajbir Singh, DSP, HQ, Panipat (designate ACP, city Gurgaon) went as DSP, Assandh, in place of Sham Lal, who was posted as DSP, Saffidon, in place of Ramesh Chand, who went as DSP, CID.

Man shot at over property dispute

A property conflict took a violent turn in Islampur village late on Monday night when a man along with his friends shot his uncle. The victim identified as Ramkaran, 40, is currently out of danger, according to the doctors.
