Madhya Pradesh opposition leader Ajay Singh said here today that issues of bad roads and power supply on the basis of which the BJP fought the 2003 assembly elections, were no longer its priority.

He claimed that an admission about this was made by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here at a function where he was felicitated.

Ajay said that instead of working for development, the Madhya Pradesh BJP government was working to implement the RSS agenda.

He said that the Congress has always charged the BJP with not having any faith in democracy and working on a hidden agenda.

He said that the Congress would never allow the BJP government to implement the RSS agenda in Madhya Pradesh.

Ajay said that in a democracy, it was the government's responsibility to fulfill people's basic needs and in this, the BJP government has failed in the state.
