Bhopal: deaf, dumb, blind allegedly raped

A 30-year-old deaf, dumb and visually challenged woman was allegedly raped in Dindori district a couple of days back.

As per a report, the crime took place on Saturday evening at village Sadgaon when the victim's father had gone out of his house for daily work.

Police said a manhunt had been launched to arrest the accused Phool Chang, 25.

Father of the victim said when he returned from work he saw the accused rape his daughter. The accused ran away when he saw him (father).

He couldn’t register the case same day as it was getting night and he went to the neighbouring village to tell his other daughter about the incident.
