The Opposition Congress in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday filed a complaint with the State Cyber Police against the parliamentary affairs minister Narottam Mishra for allegedly doctoring the photograph of the lokayukta PP Naolekar and falsely framing its MLA Kalpana Parulekar in the case.

The
complaint was filed by Congress party's media committee chairman, Manak Agrawal and MLA Arif Aqueel demanding to register an FIR against Mishra, a party release said.

The party alleged that it was Mishra who had morphed the photograph of Naolekar and falsely framed Parulekar in it as she had raised the issues of alleged corruption against the state chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Though the party claimed that it has filed an FIR against Mishra, police said that the party has submitted a complaint which they have accepted it.

Paruleakr was arrested by the State CID from her residence at Mahidpur in Ujjain district two days back for doctoring the photograph of Naolekar, showing him in RSS uniform and was remanded in judicial custody till February 17.
