Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi’s impact would be seen in BJP’s electioneering for assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh too. Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan may address a number of public meetings simultaneously using 3D technology as Modi did in Gujarat.

According to party sources, several companies which are experts in the field, are making presentations before the ruling party leader. The Gujarat based company which was hired for Modi is also in touch with the party leaders here. Modi’s high-tech electioneering during Gujarat assembly elections last year was national-level news.

Party sources said several factors had to be considered before taking a final decision on the same which might include cost, efficacy of the technology, magnitude of its use etc.

If the technology known as ‘3D Virtual Live Technology’ was employed during the elections, Chouhan’s reach to the masses would be manifold as compared to 2008 assembly elections.

State BJP media in charge Dr Hitesh Bajpai confirmed the party’s move and said, “A lot of agencies and companies have come forward. We are very keen to use all updated technologies of mass communications which may include 3D technology too.”
