A civil court of Bihar found nine people, including former MP Surajbhan Singh and Janata Dal United (JDU) legislators Munna Shukla and Shashi Kumar Rai, guilty of the murder of former minister Brij Bihari Prasad.
Brij Bihari Prasad was gunned down by heavily armed men inside the premises of the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Patna on June 13, 1998 when he was on an evening walk.
