The Noida police have registered an FIR against a physical trainer of a private school for allegedly raping the 19-year-old daughter of a Delhi Police sub-inspector. The victim has alleged that she was in a relationship with Deepak Rana, the physical trainer.

She told the police in her complaint that the accused somehow slipped her a sedative and raped her in June.

The case was forwarded to the Noida Police by the Delhi Police, which had registered a zero FIR on June 29 at its Model Town police station as the victim is a resident of Kingsway Camp Police Lines in north Delhi.

In her complaint, the victim has also alleged that Rana not only raped her, but also made an MMS of the act and threatened to upload it on the internet.

After the registration of the FIR, the victim was sent for a medical exam at Babu Jagjivan Ram hospital in north Delhi, where rape was confirmed, a Noida police officer added.

Rana lives in a rented accommodation at Noida Sector 28 and is employed in a private school in Greater Noida.

A police team was sent to Rana's house but he wasn't there. The police have registered a rape FIR at Sector 20 police station and are on a look out for the accused.
