Four unidentified miscreants held a property dealer at gunpoint in Sector 29 on Friday night and fled with his Santro car.

According to the police, Mukesh Sahu, a resident of Garhi Harsaru, was returning from Sahara Mall with his friends. The accused allegedly parked their car in front of Sahu’s and held him at gunpoint. They then tied up Sahu and his friends and pushed them to the rear seat of the car.

The criminals then drove towards Delhi and threw the victims out in an isolated area.  Passersby freed Sahu and his friends and informed the police.

Investigating officer, sub-inspector Rampal, said, “We are trying to trace the accused through the CCTV footage at Sirhol toll plaza.”
